Health & Resilience of Transwomen in Miami
Compensation up to $75 + transportation reimbursement (parking, public transit, Uber, Lyft)
The purpose of this study is to explore the physical and mental health of transfeminine people in Miami. Specifically, because HIV is affecting the community right now (especially in Miami), we want to find out what things make transfeminine people in Miami at risk for HIV and also what makes it hard to be connected to HIV care. Also, because of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to see how many people test positive for COVID-19 and how COVID-19 is affecting the physical and mental health of transfeminine individuals in the Miami area.

El propósito de este estudio es explorar la salud física y mental de las personas transfemininas en Miami. Específicamente, debido a que el VIH está afectando a la comunidad en este momento (especialmente en Miami), queremos averiguar qué cosas hacen que las personas transfemininas en Miami estén en riesgo de contraer el VIH y también qué hace que sea difícil estar conectadas con la atención del VIH. También, debido al coronavirus (COVID-19), queremos ver cuántas personas dan positivo para COVID-19 y cómo COVID-19 está afectando la salud física y mental de las personas transfemininas en el área de Miami.
